Volunteer With Us Today

Deming Luna County Commission on Aging welcomes community members who want to play an active role in supporting and strengthening services for older adults in Deming and throughout Luna County. Volunteers are an essential part of ensuring the Senior Center remains responsive, welcoming, and equipped to meet the evolving needs of our growing senior population.

We are currently seeking volunteers with a variety of skills and interests. Areas of need include event planning, health and human services, finance, legal support, strategic planning, human resources, communications, and community outreach. These roles support daily operations, special programs, and long term planning for the Senior Center. Volunteers may assist with activities, events, committees, and community initiatives.

Community involvement is especially important as we prepare for new initiatives such as the Senior Olympics. This program will rely on volunteers, committee members, and community partners to help shape and support its success. Opportunities are available for individuals interested in hands on support, leadership roles, or behind the scenes assistance.
